«Intergal-Bud» and «Ukrgasbank» have improved mortgage conditions

We are pleased to announce that «Intergal-Bud», in partnership with JSB «Ukrgasbank», has offered its clients improved mortgage terms.
The changes concern interest rates on loans from 1 to 20 years:
- for the first year of the loan the rate is 0.10% (previously 3.5%), for the next 19 years — 12.99% (previously 14.99%);
- for the first 2 years of the loan the rate is 5.0% (previously 8.7%), for the next 18 years — 12.99% (previously 14.99%).
There is also a NEW program with the conditions:
- for the first 5 years of the loan the rate is 8.0%, and for the next 15 years — 12.99%;
