Будинок №2 зданий в експлуатацію, а тому всі роботи завершені на 99-100% і залишились технічні завершення.
Прибудинкова територія вже наповнена дитячими та спортивними мадйначиками, облаштовані прогулянкові зони між 1 та 2 будинком.
Завершуються роботи по оздобленню вхідних груп.
