Sections 1, 2, 3, 4

The installation of the internal water supply and sewerage system, heating, power supply, and fire-fighting systems has been completed by 97%.

Section 3

Elevator installation and commissioning is 95% complete. The finishing of common areas and special premises is 97% complete. The installation of metal-plastic structures, entrance doors to apartments and doors are nearing completion.

Section 4

The work on the installation of metal-plastic structures, the entrance door to apartments and common areas are approaching the completion. The installation of elevators and commissioning works, which have already been completed by 90%, continue.

Section 5

Work on the construction of facades continues (80%). Installation of metal-plastic structures, entrance doors to apartments and common areas continues. Work continues on the installation of internal water supply and sewerage systems, heating, power supply and fire protection systems. Finishing works for common areas and special premises are 60% completed. Installation of elevators and commissioning are 60% completed.

Section 6, 7

The construction of the monolith and brickwork was completed. The work on the installation of elevators is in progress, finishing work and work on the laying of internal engineering networks have begun.

House 2

Section 8

The waterproofing and insulation of the basement of the building has been completed by 95%. The construction of a monolithic frame on the 14th floor continues. Work is underway to install metal structures to reinforce brickwork on floors 2-9.

Section 9

The setup of waterproofing, insulation of the basement of the building is being completed. The construction of a monolithic frame continues. Work continues on the installation of ventilation blocks and flights of stairs up to the 12th floor.

Section 10

Work is underway to install metal structures to reinforce brickwork on floors 2-9. Work continues on the installation of ventilation blocks and flights of stairs up to the 12th floor. Also, on the 14th floor, work continues on the construction of vertical elements of the building's monolithic frame.
